It is the vision of the Chamber Member Companies Leadership to engage and expand business relationship in the Malaysian/ASEAN and American market. The Council leadership will consist of Members Companies from Malaysia and the United States. The leadership is on rotation basis.
The Chamber’s Government Contracting Industry Council promotes, enhances and facilitates the growth of the industry through networking, education, industry information and advocacy for favorable corporate environments.
This Council developed based on the growing interest in the Government Contracting industry in the Malaysia/ASEAN region and the United States. The Government Contracting Council 2014 - 2016 Council co-chair is Paul Fauser, Managing Partner, Calaburn, LLC.

Paul Fauser is the Managing Partner for a new federal subsidiary under Corporate Results Inc. (CRI) called Calaburn LLC (Calburn) and the Sr. Vice President and Principal of Corporate Results Inc. along with being a Principal of Automation Technologies Inc (ATI) . Mr. Fauser serves on the Tower Club Advisory Board of Governors along with several other advisory boards of small businesses working within the federal contracting arena. He is a mentor to several young executives, high school, and college and law students.
Mr. Fauser provides leadership and development of Calaburn LLC. Calaburn is a small business providing professional consulting and support services to Federal Clients. Their core operational groups are: Program Management, Acquisition and Financial Management Support Services, Information Technology Support, and Business Management Consulting Services.
Further Mr. Fauser provides leadership of the company communication, branding and marketing in support of company growth and expansion of corporate capabilities for both CRI and ATI.
He specializes in information management strategies for federal and commercial sector clients.
Mr. Fauser was instrumental in the growth of the ATI federal practice from a $110K task order to a $22M multi-federal agency IT enterprise. ATI revenues exceed $25M.
Over the last 24 years, Mr. Fauser has had increasing responsibility in developing and managing government IT related contracts. Along with Mr. Fauser’s responsibilities to support Calaburn growth and provide the company direction, vision and goals he also oversees several multi-year, multi-million dollar federal-sector opportunities. His responsibilities include all aspects of financial management and strategy, customer satisfaction, and relationship management.
Mr. Fauser’s work history provides a complimentary blend of experience and provides him with a strong foundation for the development of organizational management and federal contract management. He began his career with the federal funded Housing and Urban Development as a manager of governmental assistance programs. He then went onto a career in accounting and finance with the Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union. Mr. Fauser later joined government contractor, LLD Incorporated where he held multiple management positions that led his career growth to the Sr. Vice President at ATI to grow the Federal IT Support Services.
Mr. Fauser brings extensive operational and contractual experience into his current role as he has assumed many different responsibilities within his career.
Mr. Fauser has a Bachelor’s of Science in Government Business from Shippensburg University and a Master Certificate in Government Contracting from George Washington University. He is an active member of his community and spends much of his free time counseling new small and mid-sized federal contracting businesses and acting as a mentor to young professionals.
